It is free and takes about 30 minutes. We walk your home with you and go over your list.
We will tell you what we can do on a regular visit and what needs a quote or a licensed trade. Then you decide if Giant is right for you.

Visits
It depends on your plan. Monthly care is 1 hour a month. Busy home is 3 hours a month. Full care is two 6-hour visits a month.
You can add time to a booked visit. Each added on-site hour is $98. For example, on Monthly care a 2-hour visit is $297 in total: your $199 plan plus one added hour.

Yes. Pay for the year and get one month free, so you pay for 11 months instead of 12. Annual pay is paid once a year: $2,189 for Monthly care, $5,489 for Busy home, and $15,158 for Full care.
Parts, materials, and extra work are quoted on their own. We send you the quote first. We only buy parts or start the work after you say yes.
